Arsenal close in on £50m deal for White
The Gunners have entered ‘advanced talks’ with Brighton to complete a transfer deal for Ben White.
Despite Brighton rejecting a £40 million bid last week, Arsenal appear to have bounced back. An improved offer said to be worth around £50m is reportedly on the table. Both clubs are hopeful a deal can be done, with White’s personal terms not expected to be a problem.
Arsenal also remain in ‘positive talks’ with Belgian club Anderlecht for midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga. [Sky Sports]

Aston Villa remain hopeful that Jack Grealish will stay for next season despite mounting transfer interest.

Saliba to leave Arsenal on loan again
The Gunners are set to allow William Saliba to leave on another loan spell.

Rangers eye loan deal for Chelsea youngster Gilmour
Steven Gerrard is reportedly hopeful he can convince Billy Gilmour, a boyhood Rangers fan, to head to Ibrox on loan next season.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel could allow the 20-year-old out on loan to get some first-team football under his belt. Premier League clubs Wolves and Norwich City have both expressed an interest.

Martin Odegaard has ended talk of a return to Arsenal by confirming plans to spend next season with Real Madrid.
