FPL might have ‘leaked’ the Premier League opening day fixtures

Premier League action returns on September 12 and fans have been teased with a ‘leaked’ list of opening day fixtures.

It’s less than a month until the Premier League resumes but fans already have something to look forward to.

The 2020/21 season is set to resume on September 12 and FPL are already gearing up before than.

But they might have revealed more than they should have.

Fantasy Premier League were releasing the prices of star players throughout Saturday.

Fans flocked to the FPL website to select their team for next season.

Once players picked their squad, the website appeared to confirm the fixtures for the opening day as seen on social media.

The standout match, if correct, is Manchester United vs Arsenal to begin the Premier League.

The Red Devils will supposedly host the Gunners at Old Trafford on the opening day of next season.

Elsewhere, Chelsea will host Southampton as Tottenham welcome Aston Villa to north London.

Current champions Liverpool will travel to West Ham, while Manchester City face Crystal Palace.

The FPL website were quick to remove the fixtures but fans already spotted it quick enough.

The official release date for the Premier League 2020/21 fixtures is on August 21 and we’ll just have to see if they tally with the leaked ones.
