We got more Florentino leaks for the world to hear. This time, he came after Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho in incredible manner.
The infamous Florentino leaks have a new chapter in which he slanders Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho. Yesterday morning, ‘El Confidencial’ released a series of audio files that were clearly edited. In the first batch, Perez slanders Iker Casillas and Raul Gonzalez Blanco. But that was just the tip of the iceberg in what can only be considered an attack against Real Madrid. Today, we got new leaks in which the president slams Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho by criticizing the size of their ego.
Even though we believe nothing will really happen after this, the audio files are a must-listen for any Real Madrid fan. Hearing Perez talk like this in a more relaxed environment gives us a better idea of the personality he has. We still haven’t heard any response from the people he mentions in these tapes. As soon as we do, we will report on whatever they say.
Florentino calls Ronaldo an idiot.
Out of everything he says, perhaps the following sentence is the harshest reported by ‘El Confidencial’. He also paints Fabio Coentrao as a caricature: ”[Ronaldo] is crazy. The guy is an idiot, he’s sick. You think this guy is normal, but he’s not. If he was, he wouldn’t do all the things he does. The last stupid thing, which everyone in the world saw… why do you think he’d do something so stupid? [Jorge] Mendes has no control over [Ronaldo] and it’s the same with Mourinho – none at all. Even for interviews, they don’t listen to him. These are two guys with terrible egos, spoilt the pair of them, who don’t see the reality because they could both earn a lot more money if things were different.
“They are both abnormal because we are talking about a lot of money in terms of image rights. And with that face they have, that challenging glare, the fact that no one likes them… if the publicity was different, everything changes. Fabio Coentrao is nuts, that’s one of the effects of Real Madrid. He’s another mindless one and Madrid eats guys like that. Right now, he’s scared and Mourinho is an idiot. It’s not that he doesn’t want to play… Well, he’s a little stupid, driving without a license. The pressure has got to him and that’s because he’s sick but the other one doesn’t care about that.”
