Let’s take a look at the best young African talents you can sign on FIFA 22.
Signing a young player on FIFA 22 can save you a lot of money if you manage to develop them through your team. But not every youngster in FIFA 22 has the potential to be a star in the future.
With African stars claiming some of the best Overall scores in the game, looking to find the next Mohamed Salah or Kalidou Koulibaly is a smart move.
Let’s take a look at the top African wonderkids in FIFA 22.
5. Hannibal Mejbri 🇹🇳
Having come up through the academy ranks of Monaco, Mejbri moved to United’s U18 team in July 2020. The 19-year-old has played for France’s U17 national team but changed his allegiance to Tunisia for the senior level.
Since making his international debut in June, Mejbri has made five caps, including two in the Africa Cup of Nations. He is yet to make his senior debut for the Red Devils.
Mejbri’s only above-70 rating is his agility. This might fend off some players who want to quickly develop a CAM. But, having all those other ratings hovering just below 70 makes Mejbri an exciting choice if you need a versatile midfielder.

Another Manchester United starlet, Amad Diallo, is next on the list. Diallo joined the Red Devils on a £19.17 million deal from Atalanta in January 2021.
The Ivorian has already made eight senior appearances for the English giants, registering two goals and two assists. Ralf Rangnick is reportedly one of his biggest fans, planning to make him a regular first-team player at Old Trafford.
Diallo already has three attributes above 80: Agility, Acceleration, and Balance. His main position is right midfielder, but he can easily switch to winger-mode with his speed. If you plan to develop him as a winger, the best choice is to start by improving his dribbling.

3. Musa Juwara 🇬🇲
Similar to Diallo, Juwara gained attention by playing in Serie A’s youth league. The Bologna striker scored 11 goals in 16 games for Bologna’s second team in their 2019-20 campaign. He then moved to senior level, with the club sending him on loan to Serie B side Crotone.
As one of Gambia’s most inspiring wonderkids, Juwara made his international debut when he was 18. Since then, he has made three more caps in friendly games.
As you can see from his ratings, Juwara is a fast striker, specializing in deep runs against high-pressing sides. Aside from his Sprint Speed and Acceleration, Juwara has a 78 rating in Dribbling. This makes him a unique choice if you decide to develop him as an attacking midfielder or a false nine.

2. Kamaldeen Sulemana 🇬🇭
Sulemana started his career at Nordsjaelland, a Danish club with a long history of developing Ghanaian wonderkids. In July 2021, the 19-year-old moved to Rennais, where he immediately became a regular starter.
In his 25 appearances across all competitions, Sulemana has scored five goals and provided two assists this season. The 19-year-old, who made his Ghana debut in October 2020, has already made ten caps for the Black Stars.
With a potential rating of 84, Sulemana is one of the best wonderkids you can sign on FIFA 22. You can develop Sulemana as a classic left winger but he can also play a more versatile role in your lineup.
With his Sprint Speed and Acceleration already being above 90, improving Sulemana’s Balance and Agility can make him more effective in attacks. Another option would be to improve his dribbling, which would turn him into a more versatile winger.

1. Abdallah Sima 🇸🇳
Sima is one of the most promising young midfielders in the EFL Championship. During his time at Slavia Prague, the Senegalese starlet attracted interest from several English clubs.
Brighton managed to sign him on a £7.2 million in August. However, they decided to send him out on loan to Stoke City, where he can get more game time. Sima made his international debut under Aliou Cisse in March 2021. The 20-year-old has featured in four games for the Lions, including two World Cup qualifiers.
The Senegalese starlet is an ideal choice if you want to develop a homegrown box-to-box midfielder. But that’s just one of the ways you can develop him. With his electric speed and 76 heading accuracy, Sima can play as a deadly attacking midfielder behind your target striker.
