Find out here who are the current best and young left-backs in the FIFA 20 career mode based on their overall ability, potential and market value.
The left-back role has transformed across recent years, making it a critical spot to fill for any gamer in FIFA 20. After all, they can offer an attacking threat to their game. And as we all know, goals decide the outcome of matches.
What makes this position even trickier to fill is the lack of decent left-footed footballers. Especially those who can defend and lunge forward in attack constantly for 90 minutes. Therefore, clubs often go out of their way to acquire one.
We’ve already seen some brilliant names star down the left wing from Roberto Carlos to Ashley Cole.
Who is the best left-back in FIFA 20?
Andrew Robertson is the best left-back in FIFA 20 with a decent rating of 86. The Liverpool star has brilliant stamina (95), which means fatigue is rarely an issue. He’s also scored well in crossing (90) and sprint speed (84); arguably three of the most important attributes in the position.
The Scot hasn’t even reached his full potential rating of 89, meaning Liverpool fans still got a lot to look forward. Especially with young Trent Alexander-Arnold starring down the other flank.
Two other options that may worth considering for a transfer are Lucas Hernandez and Grimaldo. While they’re a little pricey, both the 24-year-old’s are at a solid level and got good potential.
