Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham, and possibly Liverpool will compete in the next round of the competition.
The fifth-round draw for the 2021/22 FA Cup campaign is complete.
Eight fixtures will take place next month to decide who out of the remaining 16 clubs will progress into the quarter-finals of the competition.
Eight-time winners Chelsea will visit Championship side Luton Town in their fifth-round tie after overcoming League One minnows Plymouth 2-1 in the last round.
Premier League leaders Manchester City, meanwhile, will take a trip to Peterborough. Tottenham are also on the road. Antonio Conte’s side will face Middlesbrough, who knocked Manchester United out of the competition last Friday.
The only definite all-Premier League tie at the moment sees Southampton and West Ham lock horns at St. Mary’s. If Liverpool can beat Cardiff on Sunday, they will host Norwich City at Anfield.
