The Turkish side have emerged as potential suitors for the Man Utd superstar.
Fenerbahce coach Jorge Jesus has admitted Cristiano Ronaldo has no interest in joining his side.
The Portuguese superstar has informed Manchester United of his desire to leave the club this summer.
Several English sources have claimed the Red Devils are also open to allowing CR7’s departure. But they are yet to receive a bid for the 37-year-old.
Ronaldo’s close ties with Jorge Jesus generated rumours around his potential move to the Turkish side. However, the Portuguese manager is sure his countryman won’t join a club outside of Europe’s top-five leagues.
He said: “Yes, I’m a friend of Ronaldo, But he doesn’t want to come, he has other ideas.
“I think he doesn’t want to play in any league other than one of the big five.”
Asked if he thinks Ronaldo will continue at Old Trafford, he said: “I know that he will not play for Fenerbahce.”
Ronaldo returned to Man Utd’s starting lineup when they suffered a humiliating 4-0 defeat against Brentford last weekend.
As we approach the transfer window’s deadline, it seems Ronaldo’s possible exit has become a major concern for Man Utd.
The Red Devils have resumed their efforts to sign Ajax’s Antony after backtracking from their plans to sign Marko Arnautovic.
