The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is in the Manchester United starting XI to face Newcastle, with other summer signings also included.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named Cristiano Ronaldo in the lineup ahead of his second debut for the club.
After record-breaking stints at Real Madrid and Juventus, Ronaldo is back home. The Portuguese superstar will make his first appearance in a Red Devils jersey since May 2009 right from the off in a Premier League match against Newcastle.
Fellow summer signings Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho have joined Ronaldo in Solskjaer’s lineup.
The clash at Old Trafford begins at 16:00 (CEST).
