The Red Devils will again train without their superstar forward.
Cristiano Ronaldo is not expected to attend training at Manchester United for the second day in a row.
That’s according to The Athletic. The report adds that it is unclear when Ronaldo will return. As things stand, Manchester United will leave for their summer tour to Thailand and Australia on Friday.
The Red Devils welcomed their international players back to Carrington on Monday for pre-season training, except for Ronaldo – who wasn’t available due to ‘family reasons’.
The 37-year-old was in Lisbon instead and video footage, courtesy of SIC Noticias, showed him driving a white 4×4 Rolls Royce in a car park at the Portuguese national team’s training base.

Malacia has a medical, Eriksen deal in the works
Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia, meanwhile, was also at Carrington on Monday.
The 22-year-old Dutchman underwent the second part of his medical ahead of his move to Old Trafford. Manchester United could pay up to €17 million for a transfer fee. If things go according to plan, he’ll become the first signing of the club’s new manager Erik ten Hag.
Elsewhere, Christian Eriksen has reportedly agreed in principle to join the record 20-time English champions on a three-year contract from Brentford.
