Lionel Messi is the highest rated player on FIFA 21 but fans are not pleased with ratings given to a number of players.
FIFA 21 took to release the list of the 100 top rated players in the video game set to launch on the 6th of October.
It was not a surprise to see Lionel Messi in first place with Cristiano Ronaldo closely behind. A certain Lewandowski was next in line to complete a top three many can agree with to an extent.
But in general, fans were left fuming with the latest FIFA 21 ratings.
According to fans, some players did not deserve their upgrade or downgrade. Elsewhere, others have received low ratings not deserving of their performance last season.

Fans are not convinced Jordan Henderson should be higher than Pogba.
Lukaku had a stellar season with Inter and still got downgraded.
Elsewhere, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was perhaps the biggest loser of the FIFA 21 ratings and didn’t even make it up to 88. He saw a downgrade despite enjoying a fine season in front of goal.
Players were not left out as well.
Lukaku was not pleased with his FIFA 21 rating and explained his theory of why the ratings were like that.
In contrasting emotions, Virgil van Dijk seemed pretty pleased with his rating.
