The American forward has found a perfect start to his AC Milan career.

AC Milan newboy Christian Pulisic earned praise from the Italian media after his excellent display against Torino.

Pulisic opened the scoring for the Rossoneri as they won 4-1 at San Siro. Having found the back of the net twice in his first two games for the Serie A giants, Pulisic’s performances have attracted interest from the Italian media.

Tuttosport praised Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud as the main “protagonists” of Milan’s successful start to the new season.

The Italian outlet also highlighted the role of ex-Chelsea players in Milan’s victory over Torino, with Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek also having a great evening at San Siro.

La Gazzetta dello Sport focused on Pulisic’s promising start at Milan, writing: “He commands with technique and speed. He started and concluded the first goal, freed Leao and linked up with Giroud. Super.

“Two goals in two matches after being convincing in the friendlies…and considering he’s also playing in a role he is not used to.”

Pulisic appears to have already regained his best form at Milan, bouncing back from a difficult 2022-23 campaign at Chelsea. The USMNT star is expected to start again for the Rossoneri when they take on Roma at the Olimpico Stadium on Friday.
