Chelsea prepare for their fixture against Brighton in the Premier League, and we have some injury updates ahead of tonight’s game.

Chelsea have received positive injury news ahead of their Premier League encounter against Brighton on Wednesday night.

Midfielder N’Golo Kante has made his return to the training following his successful recovery from a knee injury last month.

The Frenchman was taken off the field in the second half of Chelsea’s win over Aston Villa on Boxing Day.

And Thomas Tuchel explained that Kante’s substitution was a precautionary measure for the knee problem that he suffered in November.

The 30-year-old star was sent to the medical room for a month following an incident against Juventus on the 23rd of the last month.

Nevertheless, Kante attended the Blues’ final training session with the rest of the squad ahead of tonight’s battle.

In addition, Chelsea have another excellent injury news as Kai Havertz has returned to work after illness.

The German youngster did not play for the Londoners since the 3-2 win over Leeds on December 11. Havertz went through a period of isolation due to sickness.

Finally, Tuchel has sustained a huge loss as Ben Chilwell has been sidelined and will miss the rest of the season (Check out the full story here on AceFootball).
