The striker has been heavily linked with a move away from Chelsea in recent months.
Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has ruled out a move for Chelsea’s Armando Broja during the January transfer window.
Broja attracted interest from both AC Milan and Inter during the summer but ended up fighting for his place in Chelsea’s squad.
Inter have now revealed they have no plans of signing the 22-year-old this winter.
“No, I’m sorry, but that is not true, because we are happy with the strikers we have,” Ausilio responded when asked about a possible January move for Broja.
“I know Broja and I know that he is recovering from a serious injury and has also scored a goal. I hope for him that from Thursday he will be important for the national team. But at Inter there is no chance.”
Broja, who has recently returned from a long-term injury, scored his first goal of the season against Fulham earlier this month. Nicholas Jackson’s struggle for consistency could provide a chance for the Albania international to secure a place in Mauricio Pochettino’s lineup after the international break.
Chelsea will face Arsenal in a crucial London derby on October 21 before hosting Brentford seven days later.
