The Blues start the new season with a lot of changes in their squad.

Chelsea’s main goal is to win the Premier League this season, according to Enzo Fernandez.

The Argentine international, who joined the Blues on a record-breaking deal last winter, is preparing to spend his first full campaign at Stamford Bridge.

Following a difficult 2022-23 season, Chelsea hope to bounce back and reclaim their place among the Premier League elite.

“The main aim this year is to win the Premier League. Now we have a new head coach, you have to say the expectations of us have changed,” Fernandez told Chelsea’s official website.

“Obviously, when I arrived, everything was difficult, there were lots of changes going on and everything happened so fast for me.

“We want to be an aggressive team that attacks and defends well, that goes into every game to win it, no matter the opponent. We want to dominate every game we’re in.”

Chelsea have sold 12 senior stars so far this summer while completing moves for six new players. The Blues’ summer business is still not over, but they have already changed the face of their squad. Mauricio Pochettino’s men will face Liverpool in the Premier League‘s standout game from the first matchday on Sunday.
