Let’s take a look at the Premier League player ratings of the clash between Chelsea and Fulham at Stamford Bridge.

With three points in this home tussle against Fulham, Chelsea had the chance to tighten their grip on the fourth spot in the Premier League. Including a 1-1 draw against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals during midweek, the local lads were unbeaten in their last four games.

Whereas on the other end, the visiting team with just 27 points are in the relegation zone with time running against them. With only four games left to play, Scott Parker’s Fulham had a difficult test at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.

Havertz guns a double to help Chelsea win.

Thomas Tuchel will be pleased with his side’s performance tonight as Kai Havertz grabbed a double for Chelsea. After just 10 minutes on the referee’s watch, Mason Mount combined with the German to take the lead for the Blues. Havertz slotted home his fourth goal of the campaign in the domestic league.

The second half started positively for Chelsea as Havertz scored his second goal of the game in just four minutes. This time, Timo Werner helped his national colleague with a brilliant one-two pass on the edge of the box. The 21-year-old made no mistake with a calm finish in the bottom right corner.
