Sports Innovation previews the Champions League match between Liverpool and Inter Milan and offers team stats, betting tips and the latest odds.
Inter challenges Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday for the second leg of their Round of 16 meeting in the Champions League. Their first leg offered up a 0-2 scoreline in the home side’s favor after a thrilling match.
Only absolute top sides manage to string together a run of six wins on the bounce in the Champions League and Liverpool are top. They have been untouchable in brushing all resistance aside. Naturally, they had little trouble claiming first place in the group and enter this round as big favorites.
It is a little difficult knowing what to expect from Inter, on the other hand. Three wins from the previous six encounters in the Champions League (D1 L2) seems a little erratic. It was enough, though, to see them survive their group as runners-up.
