Amid all the rumors about Tottenham’s new boss, Brendan Rodgers wanted to come out and reveal his stance on coaching there.

Tottenham has been looking for a manager like Brendan Rodgers to coach the squad after they sacked Jose Mourinho last week. The Northern Irish manager has done an impressive job at King Power Stadium with the Foxes since he arrived. One would think that he’s been working hard in order to get attention from a bigger club. But the Foxes have grown exponentially under their current owners and are becoming a powerhouse in the Premier League.

Right now, Leicester City can compete against any club in the country without feeling any type of inferiority complex. Brendan Rodgers is a major reason for this impressive improvement in recent years, but so are the players. If the gaffer didn’t have this roster, none of what’s happening right now would be possible.

Rodgers rejects Levy’s possible approach.

In recent days, Brendan has been at the top of the list of possible new Tottenham Hotspur managers. But the coach decided to come out and deny any chance of him leaving his current club because he is happy where he is. Currently, Leicester City is playing fantastic football and are on their way to secure the Premier League’s third position. We would even dare say that they can take Manchester United’s second spot if the Red Devils get a little distracted.

In hindsight, there truly is no reason for Rodgers to leave Leicester City. He has everything he needs with the Foxes as he told Sky Sports: “Tottenham is a fantastic club, it’s one of the big clubs in this country, it’s a huge club. My focus is purely here. “I’m at a world-class training facility, the project we’re in here, we still want to develop, we still have a lot of work to do here. “I have a great connection with the players and the board, and we have plans to keep progressing.”
