Arsenal pulled off another brilliant attacking performance to smash the newly-promoted side at Dean Court.

Arsenal defeated Bournemouth 3-0 in their Premier League game on Saturday. Martin Odegaard scored twice as the Gunners continued their perfect record in the English top flight.

Similar to their previous league game against Leicester City, Arsenal quickly established their dominance over the possession.

The Gunners found their attacking rhythm in no time, breaking the deadlock through Odegaard only five minutes into the game.

Following a rebound shot from Gabriel Jesus, the Arsenal captain smashed the ball home from close range. 

He then went on to double his side’s lead only six minutes later, this time converting a direct assist from Jesus. The

Bournemouth looked much better at the beginning of the second period, creating a number of chances to get back into the game.

However, Arsenal held on to their defensive integrity as they gradually re-established their dominance over the game.

Following a few missed chances, the Gunners made it 3-0 through William Saliba’s fantastic curler in the 54th minute. 

The Gunners remained in charge of the game, creating several more chances to increase their lead. But, Mikel Arteta’s side couldn’t get past Bournemouth’s backline anymore as they settled for the 3-0 win.

What’s next for Arsenal?

Having claimed nine points from their first three fixtures of the campaign, the Gunners sit at the top of the Premier League table. 

Next up, they must host Fulham, who defeated Brentford 3-2 earlier on Saturday.
