In a recent interview, David Beckham offered details on his plans to lure some of the best players in the world to Inter Miami.

David Beckham has some ambitious plans for Inter Miami’s future, he wants the best players in the world to play for his squad. Taking over one of the MLS franchises isn’t enough for the former English star. In order to become one of the most dominant football clubs in the country, he needs to sign some of the best veteran players out there. There have been rumors about Beckham trying to sign the likes of Messi, Neymar, or Cristiano Ronaldo when they are ready for a retirement plan.

However, we hadn’t heard the man’s pitch yet. As it turns out, his idea is to convince them that living in the city of Miami should be more than enough for them to say yes to Inter. Although this still seems a few years in the future, Beckham still holds hope that he might be able to convince one of these big names.

Beckham’s strategy in detail.

During a recent interview on ESPN, this is what Beckham said: “When we announced Miami, there was always going to be talk about what players we were going to bring in, whether it was Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar. There was always going to be those discussions. I actually don’t think it’s a tough one for players to decide, to be honest, because it’s a great place.

“Obviously, it’s a great city, I feel like we’ve got a great fan base, but I also understand there’s great talent in Miami and South Florida, and I think we have a real opportunity. Miami is a city that has that pull on players who have been playing in Europe that are big stars.” Perhaps it would be smart telling Beckham that Miami is not such a great city to live in at the moment, especially with the pandemic so out of control right now.
