The German starlet has enjoyed a rapid rise to prominence at Allianz Arena.

Bayern Munich director Hasan Salihamidzic insists the club won’t consider selling Jamal Musiala, even if they receive a nine-figure offer.

The 19-year-old has found a brilliant start to the new season, registering four goals and an assist in his four appereances for the Rekordmeister.

Bundesliga saw some of its finest talents join other leagues this summer. But Salihamdzic says Bayern ‘would be crazy’ to sell a player with Musiala’s qualities.

“We brought him to Munich three years ago and we saw great qualities in him,” he told Sky Sport Germany.

“The fact he has developed like this is due to our staff, our players.

“He is doing excellently. It’s fun to watch him. He is a big win for our team. It is important that he stays with Bayern for a long time.”

Musiala found the back of the net again when Bayern smashed Viktoria Koln 5-0 in their DFB-Pokal clash on Wednesday.

Asked whether Bayern would consider selling the teenager for a potential €100million-plus bid, Salihamidzic added: “We want to offer our players attractive football.

“It is important that Jamal plays for Bayern for a long time. Of course he is not for sale. He’s an amazing boy, a Germany international.

“We need a guy like that. If I were to think about giving this boy away somehow, I’d be crazy. He will play for Bayern for a long time.”
