As per several reports coming from Germany, Bayern Munich already knows who they want as Hansi Flick’s replacement at the club.

Bayern Munich just found out that Hansi Flick won’t continue as the club’s manager next season, they needed to fund a replacement. Inside a list of possible names, there were many who could’ve taken the job. However, there is one man who is eager to take on a new adventure with the Bavarian giants. According to Fabrizio Romano, Julian Nagelsmann is dying to become Bayern Munich’s manager after this season.

Even though he already made promises to RB Leipzig about his future, there is an even bigger chance of him going to Munich. Nagelsmann is currently one of the most coveted managers in the world due to his level of preparation. He already has credentials that place him at the top of the list that most clubs have for possible choice as their new manager. But for Nagelsmann, there is no better club than Bayern Munich to continue his professional career.

What about Barcelona for Nagelsmann?

Initially, there was a chance for Julian Nagelsmann to become FC Barcelona’s manager by the end of the season. But this depended strictly on what happened with Ronald Koeman, who would’ve left if he hadn’t won the Copa del Rey final. Since he seems like he can also win La Liga this season, Joan Laporta stopped all his attempts to sign Nagelsmann for future seasons.

For now, Barcelona will keep Koeman and Nagelsmann needed to jump to a bigger club. Managers like him need to maintain a level of growth in order to evolve as professional managers. Romano states that Bayern are willing to pay €25 million so his contract at RB Leipzig can be released. This pretty much seems like a done deal, it is only a matter of time before it gets announced.
