The first FC Barcelona shirt already has conceptual designs for the 2021-2022 season and hints to a unique edition.
It’s going to be FC Barcelona as always, but just as the model of this season created a lot of uniformity in the design. People liable for Nike put forward the latest idea, inspired by the specifics of the club’s logo.
Consequently, the club members had the opportunity to look at the jersey according to Mundo Deportivo. The shirt has unique characteristics and represents the Blaugrana side.
Just like the crest, the conventional Cross of Sant Jordi will be on the left. The Senyera (which is the official flag of Catalunya) will be on the right. Although it will not match the original colors (the first red and white and the second yellow and red), the traditional Azulgrana of the first kit.
The top half of the shirt, where the initials of the club’s (FCB) appear on the shield is being intended for the sponsor’s logo.
The bottom part of the shirt is perhaps the most popular of vertical stripes. So if the shield design is adopted, it will become four blue and three scarlet stripes. This color might be reserved for the sleeves.
The only component of the shield that will not appear on the shirt will be the inspiring ball. It relates to the beautiful game standards and indeed the pot shape that is so typical of the emblem of the club.
The sleeves of the new Barca shirt are expected to be in scarlet red. Although the club’s sponsorship agreement with Rakuten ends in 2021, Barca plans to extend the deal.
