After two straight seasons of eighth-placed finishes, Arsenal improved to fifth in the Premier League last term. Mikel Arteta’s side, therefore, are back in the Europa League. The aim now is to go one better for the new campaign by breaking into the top four, bringing an end to a five-year exile from the Champions League.
The Gunners are currently at a training camp in Germany. They’ll take on second division side Nurnberg in a friendly on Friday, before jetting off to the United States for a pre-season tour.
