To date, there are 46 players registered under an African nation on the Premier League’s official site. Only four of the 20 clubs in the English top-flight don’t have a player from the continent.

Leicester City and Watford have the most African players in Premier League football as of October 2021. The two clubs have five football stars each from the continent.

Tottenham, who released Ivory Coast captain Serge Aurier from his contract in August, have joined Leeds United, Newcastle United, and Norwich City as the four clubs without a player from Africa.
