The Bianconeri have stepped up their preparations for a crucial match by welcoming back a key trio to full training.

Paulo Dybala, Weston McKennie, and Arthur Melo have reported back to training and could make the squad to face Napoli on Wednesday.

Juventus reprimanded the trio for violating COVID-19 protocols when they attended a party at McKennie’s residence. They were each punished and omitted from the Turin derby on Saturday, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Ahead of an important clash against top-four rivals Napoli on Wednesday, however, Andrea Pirlo has recalled all three players.

According to Tuttosport, the trio trained at Continassa on Sunday and are expected to be reinstated into Pirlo’s line-up.

Arthur, who has recently recovered from a leg injury, and McKennie should be able to settle back in. Dybala, however, hasn’t played for Juventus since sustaining a knee problem in the 3-1 win over Sassuolo on January 10.

Juventus, of course, cannot afford defeat against Napoli. The two sides are level on 56 points in the final top-four spot in Serie A. There are even rumors claiming this game could be critical for Pirlo’s future as the club’s manager.
