Vitor Roque’s agent, Andre Cury, has voiced his frustration over the Brazil striker’s limited opportunities at Barcelona and hinted at a potential departure if the situation remains unresolved.
Roque, 19, joined Barcelona from Athletico Paranaense in January for €31 million ($33m) but has mainly been used as a substitute, making 13 appearances and scoring two goals.
Cury expressed confusion over Roque’s lack of playing time and criticized Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez for not communicating with the player. Despite Roque’s impressive goal-scoring rate in the limited minutes he has played, Cury believes he deserves more opportunities on the field.

While Roque initially chose Barcelona over other lucrative offers, Cury hinted at the possibility of seeking a move away from the Catalan club if his situation does not improve. However, Cury dismissed rumors of a loan move, emphasizing the preference for a permanent transfer if Roque departs Barcelona.
Cury underscored Roque’s commitment to Barcelona but acknowledged the need to explore other options if playing time remains scarce. Despite the financial sacrifice in choosing Barcelona, Cury prioritizes Roque’s development and career trajectory over immediate financial gains.
