The Gunners suffered their first defeat of the new season at Old Trafford.
Manchester United defeated Arsenal 3-1 in their Premier League game on Sunday. A fourth consecutive win saw Erik ten Hag’s side climb to the fifth spot on the league table.

Arsenal were finding their offensive rhythm when Antony ruined their plans with an opener.
The Dutchman received a precise assist from Marcus Rashford before beating Aaron Ramsdale in a one-on-one situation.
Arsenal pushed hard to score the equalizer at the beginning of the second period. Following a host of missed chances, Bukayo Saka finally made it 1-1 just before the hour-mark.
However, Man Utd made an instant response as they restored their lead through Rashford only six minutes later.
A brilliant through ball from Bruno Fernandes found Rashford, who smashed the ball past Ramsdale with a cool finish.
The Gunners went all-in with their attacks to score their second equalizer. But, they faced stiff resistance from United’s backline, who maintained their intensity throughout the second period.
The Red Devils then sealed their crucial victory with another goal from Rashford, who tapped in Christian Eriksen’s assist in the 75th minute.
Arsenal’s gap to Manchester City at the top of the table shrinks to one point after their first defeat of the season.
On the other hand, Ten Hag’s side moved past Chelsea and Liverpool to claim the fifth spot.
Man Utd and Arsenal will face Real Sociedad and FC Zurich in the Europa League this week, respectively.
