Haaland drops future hint in blow to Chelsea & Real Madrid transfer hopes

The immensely talented Norwegian marksman indicates he is ready to ignore interest from Europe’s elites in favor of BVB stay.

Erling Haaland is looking forward to working under “nice guy” Marcos Rose, which could mean he is committed to staying at the club.

Borussia Dortmund confirmed earlier this year that Rose will be taking over the club’s managerial reins at the end of 2020-21 from interim head coach Edin Terzic, who was appointed after the dismissal of Lucien Favre in December 2020.

Now, it has been suggested the new BVB boss could be forced to not include Haaland in his plans for the club as the Norway international is heavily linked with a move away.

Already one of the deadliest marksman in the world at just 20-years-old, the striker has been drawing attention from an array of European elites, most notably Chelsea, Manchester City, and Real Madrid.

However, in a recent statement giving his verdict on the new Dortmund manager, it looks like the player is essentially ready to ignore interest from other clubs.

“I talked a little bit with him and I know him from before because I had him for six months at Salzburg,” said Haaland, speaking to Stadium Astro.

“He’s a nice guy and I look forward to working with him.

“I heard the training sessions are hard here so it’s exactly the same as it was at Salzburg. Hard training and a lot of running. That’s what I expect the tactics to be, to press a lot and run a lot and attack a lot.”
