Brazil legend Ronaldinho Gaucho has named Neymar as his rightful heir in the national team.
Ronaldinho has no doubt that Neymar is his heir as the star player of the Brazilian national team.
The first YouTube football star has to be Ronaldinho. The 41-year-old never failed to disappoint with his dazzling footwork back in the day. He could move the ball in ways most would deem impossible. There was never a dull moment when this guy was on the pitch.
The 2005 Ballon d’Or winner could also provide a team with goals, assists and plenty of crafty moves all in one game.
But in Neymar, who like Ronaldinho has played for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain in his club career, the Brazil legend sees a worthy successor.

“Yes, without a doubt, he’s my heir,” Ronaldinho told France Football about Neymar.
“He’s our main player, the idol of the Brazilians.
“He hasn’t lost his daring, his dribbling, and it’s always a pleasure to see him on the pitch.”
Neymar, however, still has some way to go to emulate Ronaldinho, who won the 1999 Copa America and 2002 World Cup for Brazil.
The 29-year-old’s sole honor at senior international level so far is the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup. He was injured during Brazil’s Copa America triumph on home soil back in 2019.
