After sacking Jose Mourinho on Monday, Tottenham have confirmed an interim coach for the rest of the season.
29-year-old Ryan Mason has officially been confirmed as interim manager for Tottenham until the end of the season.
The former midfielder, who made 70 appearances for boyhood side Spurs, was the club’s head of player development after being forced into retirement through injury in 2018.

He took charge of training on Monday following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal and will continue as head coach until the summer.
“We have a great belief in this squad of talented players,” said Spurs chairman Daniel Levy in a statement.
“We have a cup final and six Premier League games ahead of us, and we shall now focus all our energies on achieving a strong finish to the season.”
Spurs have confirmed Chris Powell and Nigel Gibbs will be Mason’s assistant coaches. Another former player in Michel Vorm, meanwhile, will become interim goalkeeping coach, while ex-captain Ledley King continues as a first-team assistant.
