Let’s take a look at the Player Ratings from the Premier League match between Chelsea and West Brom at Stamford Bridge.
Thomas Tuchel’s unbeaten start for Chelsea ended in a spectacular 5-2 defeat against 19th-placed West Brom in the Premier League.
A run of 12 hours without conceding a single goal ended in humiliating fashion as West Brom, who had the Premier League’s second-worst offensive record prior to Saturday, smashed five goals past the stunned hosts at Stamford Bridge.

Despite an underwhelming start, Christian Pulisic scored on the rebound from Marcos Alonso’s free-kick. 1-0 up, and not even half an hour into the game, Chelsea seemed set for another customary home win.
Or so it seemed…
A shock second yellow card for veteran defender Thiago Silva turned the game on its head. Chelsea were down to 10-men, instigating a shock comeback as Matheus Pereira scored twice just before the break to hand West Brom the lead.

With his clean sheet run over, Tuchel called on Mason Mount for Pulisic in a desperate attempt to protect his unbeaten start.
But the German got a cruel dose of the Premier League’s unpredictable nature instead as three goals popped up in eight second-half minutes to leave him on the verge of a first defeat in England.
Callum Robinson struck first by smashing in a volley past the hour-mark to hand West Brom a 3-1 lead. Mbaye Diagne added insult to injury by adding a fourth goal for the Baggies in the 68th-minute, leaving the visitors with a three-goal advantage in London.
Some selfless play from Timo Werner allowed Mount to get a goal back three minutes later, but it was too little too late.
Robinson then sealed Chelsea’s fate by scoring his second of the match to seal West Brom a spectacular 5-2 victory.
