PSG & Inter to rival Barca for Wijnaldum?
Georginio Wijnaldum’s contract with Liverpool expires at the end of the season. Talks over a renewal have made little progress, meaning a summer transfer is likely. Barcelona, who are coached by his former Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman, are the rumored favorites to sign him.

Real Madrid star edging closer to permanent Roma move
Borja Mayoral has done a superb job on loan at Roma. The 23-year-old is on his third loan spell away from Real Madrid this season and has made a positive start in the Italian capital, with 11 goals and six assists in 28 appearances across all competitions.
Therefore, as Edin Dzeko is set to leave in the summer, Roma are considering turning Mayoral’s deal into a permanent one. The Spaniard’s loan agreement lasts until the summer of 2022. [Calciomercato – in Italian]
Could Abraham leave Chelsea?
Competition at Stamford Bridge is heating up, as Tammy Abraham has discovered this season. The 23-year-old, who featured prominently in the line-up last term, has started only 12 of the club’s 25 Premier League games. Summer signing Timo Werner and veteran striker Olivier Giroud have been eating into his minutes.
Abraham has also only started in three of new manager Thomas Tuchel’s first eight games in charge. The German even left him benched in the 1-0 Champions League win over Atletico Madrid. So, amid talk of a summer transfer bid for Erling Haaland, Abraham could leave. [The Athletic]
Bremer becomes Liverpool’s top defensive target
The Reds signed Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak in January to ease their defensive problems. It seems, however, Jurgen Klopp already has eyes on another center-back in Gleison Bremer.
The Liverpool manager has been a long-term admirer of the Torino star since 2018, and his interest has grown since injuries took out his three senior defenders this season. [Tuttosport, via Star]
