The Blues goalkeeper made another dreadful individual error in his first game back for the club in over a month.
“Why do we continue to play Kepa?” Chelsea fans fumed on social media after the goalkeeper made another high-profile error.
While only Frank Lampard can answer that one, Kepa at least knows how to come back with a bang. After Tammy Abraham put Chelsea two goals ahead, the Spaniard allowed a tame effort from Jordan Clark to slip past him and into the back of the net.
The blunder has given Luton Town a lifeline in their FA Cup fourth-round tie with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The Blues remained 2-1 in front for the break, with still another 45 minutes of play left.

Kepa, of course, has spent most of this season playing second fiddle to Edouard Mendy. He’ll hope to pull an impressive second-half display to win more opportunities later in the season.
