Kylian Mbappe’s participation in PSG’s Champions League trip to RB Leipzig is in doubt after suffering an injury setback.
Mbappe bagged his seventh goal of the season in Paris Saint-Germain’s 3-0 win at Nantes on Saturday night by scoring a penalty before his injury problems occurred.
The 21-year-old was seen holding his thigh as he made way for Bandiougou Fadiga in the 74th-minute and was a no-show for training on Monday.
He instead remained indoors to undergo treatment with PSG’s medical staff and must now pass a late fitness test to make Thomas Tuchel’s squad for the Champions League match away to Leipzig on Wednesday.

No more updates were given on Mbappe’s condition, although Tuchel played it down in his post-match conference on Saturday.
“With Mbappe I think it’s not an injury, but fatigue,” the PSG coach told reporters as stated on Goal.
Tuchel will hope that is indeed the case, with Mbappe’s fellow forwards Neymar and Mauro Icardi still sidelined with injuries.
Juan Bernat, Leandro Paredes, Marco Verratti, and Julian Draxler are also unavailable for the last season’s finalists.
