Koulibaly remains a target for Liverpool
Liverpool are set to bring in defensive reinforcements following injuries to Virgil van Dijk and Fabinho. The former is out with a long-term knee injury, while the latter is unavailable for this weekend at least.
The Reds, therefore, could make an attempt to sign long-term target Kalidou Koulibaly. The 29-year-old has refused to rule out a departure from Napoli. [Daily Star]

Despite Pep Guardiola confirming Eric Garcia refused a contract offer, Manchester City didn’t sell the center-back despite his current deal expiring next year. Thus, he can leave for free in the next summer transfer window.
