According to a report from Spain, La Liga giants Real Madrid appear to be favorites to land Mbappe from PSG next summer.

Real Madrid are reportedly in pole position to sign PSG striker Kylian Mbappe next summer.

Club president Florentino Perez has made the Frenchman his priority target and already has plans to ward off competition from Barcelona and Liverpool.

According to AS, Mbappe wants the move to Real to work under one of his heroes, Zinedine Zidane, having first met his compatriot as a star-struck 13-year-old.

Jurgen Klopp is a known admirer of the player and Mbappe has also spoken with affection for Liverpool in the past.

Elsewhere, Barcelona are a late entry in the race for the World Cup winner’s signature through presidential candidate Victor Font.

A report from Italy recently claimed that Juventus are lining up an incredible world-record fee of £360million for Mbappe and are willing to get rid of Cristiano Ronaldo to accommodate him.

PSG are desperate to keep hold of their star forward but are becoming increasingly resigned to him leaving.
