Jadon Sancho, along with Ben Chilwell, has been pictured breaking Covid-19 regulations by attending Tammy Abraham’s birthday party.
England players have stirred up more controversy as Chelsea pair Tammy Abraham & Ben Chilwell and Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho recently allegedly acted against the country’s coronavirus laws.
Video footage brought forward by the Sun on Monday showed Abraham hosting a party in London to celebrate his 23rd birthday.
About 20 people attended the party – breaking the government’s “rule of six” COVID-19 guidelines – including the Chelsea striker’s national teammates Chilwell and Sancho.
The recent development puts the players’ place in the England team in doubts, with all three due to play against Wales in international friendlies on Thursday.
However, the Sun reported that the FA has decided against making changes to the England team at this stage after examining the footage.
Manchester United skipper Harry Maguire was also withdrawn by Gareth Southgate after the defender’s conviction in Greece.
Furthermore, youngsters Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood were sent home for putting the safety of the England squad at risk in Iceland.
