At the other end, Karim Benzema, who looked like the most dangerous player for his side, probably even on the entire pitch, also had a shot deflected wide.
A few more attacks were initiated by both the teams but none ended with the desired outcome, and scoreline continued to display 0-0 at the end of 90 minutes.
