Marcelo Brozovic insists he has developed an affinity towards the city of Milan and hence feels at home at Inter Milan.
Reports emerged recently suggesting that Bayern Munich could make a play for Inter Milan’s Marcelo Brozovic.
It is claimed that Bayern are worried about their depth in midfield since two of their very reliable players, Javi Martinez and Thiago Alcantara, are set to quit the club this summer.
The Bavarians, therefore, are already in the market to repair the imminent damage and identify Brozovic as the ideal candidate.
In other news, manager Antonio Conte has his eyes set on Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante. It is Kante’s €50 million price tag, however, that is preventing the club from making a move for the Frenchman.
And in order to raise funds for Kante, Conte is ready to let go of one of Brozovic or Christian Eriksen, both of whom have fallen out of favor.
In essence, much has been speculated about Brozovic’s future as of late, but the Croatian recently dismissed the rumors while declaring his ‘great respect’ and commitment for Inter.
“Dear Nerazzurri people, for the great respect I have for this shirt, I have never replied to all the things that have been written about me in recent weeks, and I won’t do it now,” he wrote on Instagram.
“I can only say that I have always given my best for this shirt and for this city, where I really feel at home.
“I love this shirt, I love Milan and I look forward to fighting with the Nerazzurri for a long time. Forza Inter!”
