Romelu Lukaku could pose problems for Sevilla as they have not faced a player of his caliber this season, suggests Jules Kounde.

Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku was one of the standout performers in the Europa League semi-final clash against Shakhtar Donetsk.

The 27-year old Belgian scored a brace over the weekend, taking his tally to 6 goals from 5 matches in the competition.

He also set a new tournament record of scoring in 10 consecutive matches, a streak that started during his time at Everton dating all the way back to November 2014.

Lukaku is enjoying an impressive first season with Inter and is only one goal shy of bettering Ronaldo’s tally of 34 strikes in his first season at the club in 1997/98.

He is set to play the last game of his debut season when Inter take on Sevilla on Friday night in the final of the Europa League.

And Sevilla defender Jules Kounde admits the forward could prove to be his biggest test yet.

“Lukaku is one of the best forwards in the world. He’s strong in physical terms but is also good with the ball at his feet and at knockdowns. He uses his body extremely well and is quick too,” Kounde told UEFA.com.

“It’s a level above anything else we’ve faced this season. We’ll need to up our game.”
