A big question mark hangs over who Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will opt to put in goal for the Europa League semi-final clash with Sevilla.
Up until now, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opted to not select David De Gea in the Europa League matches.
With the exception of the 2-1 defeat to Astana in the Europa League in November 2019, when Lee Grant was selected, Sergio Romero has been handled the goalkeeping duties.
So logically Solskjaer must be planning on sticking with the Argentine shot-stopper who has only conceded two goals in ten games, right?
Well not necessarily.
Romero has deputized similarly in the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup this season only to be replaced at the semi-final stage in both competitions by De Gea.
Nobody can forget the disastrous outcome of the FA Cup match with Chelsea that saw De Gea catastrophically collapse, making errors that cost United the match.
Surely Solskjaer has learned his lesson. Called up De Gea twice to drop Romero in cup competitions and lost twice.
Ole is certainly at the wheel at United, but who will he turn to for the big match?
