The Frenchman’s agent has recently confirmed the star wants to leave Old Trafford in January.

Manchester United forward Anthony Martial would reportedly prefer to join La Liga side Sevilla in the upcoming January transfer window.

His agent, Philippe Lamboley, confirmed earlier this month that the 26-year-old wants to pull the curtain on a six-and-a-half-year spell in Manchester in favor of regular game time at a new club.

According to Sky Sports, three clubs have expressed interest in signing Martial on loan. These are Sevilla, Barcelona, and Juventus.

Out of these options, Martial favors Sevilla. He feels joining Julen Lopetegui’s side in Spain would offer him more game time than at Barcelona or Juventus.

The former Monaco man will hold talks with United’s interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, in the next few days.

Martial, who has three years left on his contract, has made 268 appearances for the Red Devils since his €60 million arrival from Monaco in 2015, supplying 79 goals and 50 assists.

This season, though, the Frenchman’s game time has been reduced. He has played only 10 matches this season across all competitions, including seven in the Premier League.

Furthermore, Martial is yet to make an appearance since Rangnick took over as interim boss this month amid knee injury problems.
