Wolves on Mascarell hunt

Barca name Roberto price tag

FC Barcelona could cash in on Sergi Roberto in an attempt to balance their books during times of financial crisis, as per Mundo Deportivo.

The Catalan giants are expected to demand €60 million for the versatile Spaniard, who is out of contract in the summer of 2022.

Roberto remains a prominent member of the Barcelona squad but fitness issues have limited him to just 12 appearances across all competitions this season.

Arsenal set sights on Hakimi

Arsenal want to sign Inter Milan full-back Achraf Hakimi as a replacement for Hector Bellerin, according to The Telegraph.

The Gunners, however, will have to fend off competition from their London rivals Chelsea to land the 22-year-old Moroccan, who is also capable of further up the pitch as a wing-back or even a winger.

Bellerin has been linked with an exit from the Emirates while Hakimi could also be sold by the Serie A side amid the turmoil at the club.

Leipzig defender a target for Chelsea

RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate has emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea, as per France Football.

The Blues, however, are not the only side interested in the 21-year-old Frenchman with their London rivals Arsenal also in the the race to land him.

Leipzig could let go of Konate for a fee of around €50 million when the transfer market reopens in the summer.

Aguero wants incentive to join Barca 

Sergio Aguero demands a transfer bonus from FC Barcelona in order to join the club to sign him this summer.

The Manchester City man believes the financial incentive would be justified given he would come free of cost to the Catalan giants, with the striker out of contract in the summer.

A huge advantage of Aguero arriving at Camp Nou would be that he could persuade his close friend Lionel Messi into staying put. [Mundo Deportivo]
