It happened during Manchester United’s Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion, Marcus Rashford finally silenced his critics.

There is no question that critics have taken things a little too far against Marcus Rashford in recent months. The young English forward has been one of the players with the biggest involvement in social justice cooperation. To those who don’t know, Marcus Rashford has been one of the members in British society who is leading the fight against child poverty.

The pandemic inspired him to get more involved and even directly affect reforms inside the British Parliament. Although his fight is far from over, the youngster makes an effort to combine his profession with his duties as an England citizen. You would think that this impressive achievement is lauded unanimously but haters will always exist.

It’s even more incredible that the people who criticize him the most are so-called “Manchester United fans”. Every time he shares new information about his fight against child poverty, some inhumane supporter tells him to improve his game.

Marcus finally responded in style.

After so much backlash for not getting results at Manchester United, Marcus Rashford finally responded today. It happened during the Premier League match between the Red Devils and Brighton & Hove Albion. The season just started and Marcus already scored one of the goals that should be considered amongst the best of the season. He received a pass from Bruno Fernandes from deep.

The striker got himself inside the box with two defenders and the goalkeeper to beat. ‘Rashy’ provided an impressive set of skills to dribble past both defenders and completed the chance with a spectacular finish. Man United won the match with a bit of controversy but Rashford finally got his moment.

The player responded through Twitter and silenced all his critics, for now. Let’s hope Rashford keeps up the good work both on and off the pitch. But most of all, let’s hope haters and critics can give the kid a break.
