Lamptey set for Brighton renewal.
Brighton’s Tariq Lamptey has been offered a contract extension. The club want to pin down their highly-rated full-back beyond 2023. A significant increase on his current £14,000-a-week wages is also being planned, with negotiations expected to begin soon.
Interest from overseas have been reported previously for Lamptey, with European champions Bayern Munich and Sevilla as suitors. [The Sun]
Lyon chasing underfire Griezmann.
FC Barcelona’s Antoine Griezmann has been offered a way out of the club, with Olympique Lyon the interested party. The Ligue 1 side are keen on signing the out of sorts Frenchman and are prepared to offer the Spanish giants their wanted man Memphis Depay in exchange for him.
Griezmann is yet to find the net this season, and Lyon intend on helping him revive his career in a new environment. [El Chiringuito]
Man Utd lining up Calhanoglu bid.
Manchester United are preparing to pounce on Hakan Calhanoglu, whose future is up in the air at AC Milan.
With the Turkey international yet to commit to a new deal at San Siro, the Red Devils are considering offering him a five-year contract in an attempt to lure him to Old Trafford.

Juve plotting Bernardeschi-Dembele swap.
Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic traded places over the summer, and now another exchange between FC Barcelona and Juventus could be witnessed.
The Serie A side have eyes on Ousmane Dembele and are willing to send Federico Bernardeschi to the Spanish outfit as a part of a swap deal.
Dembele, whose current contract runs through to 2022, reportedly refuses to renew with Barca and, after France, Germany and Spain, has Italy in mind as his next destination. [Tuttosport]
