The South Korean star has been in sensational form since the start of the seasons, and now his efforts have been recognized.

Tottenham attacker Son Heung-Min has been voted as the Premier League Player of the Month for October.

The 28-year-old found the back of the net four times and provided two assists last month, helping Spurs jump high up in the league table.

His four goals were spread across three matches, with two of them coming in the 6-1 thrashing of Manchester United at Old Trafford, third as the opened in the 3-3 draw against West Ham, and the final one to hand his side a late win against Burnley.

The South Korea international’s recent exploits have helped Jose Mourinho’s side steer to the second position in the Premier League table, just one point behind Leicester City after eight matches.

Impressed with his sublime form, the club are reportedly planning on handing the former Bayer Leverkusen man a new and improved contract despite his current one running until 2023.

Son is increasingly cementing his status as one of the very best players in the Premier League. However, humble as ever, he begs to differ.
