After the news of Ronaldo’s positive Covid-19 test, the Portuguese player got pouring support from his loved ones on social media.

The news of the day is Cristiano Ronaldo’s positive Covid-19 test, which made all his loved ones come out to show their support. Even though the whole world reacted to the shocking revelation by wishing him a speedy recovery, Ronaldo expected his family to react.

Both his mother and his partner were quick to respond to the news. Dolores Aveiro sent her son a message on Instagram showing a picture of Ronaldo donning the Portugal jersey.

She wrote the following encouraging message on her Instagram stories: “God gives great battles to great warriors and it is one more war that you will win son.”

Ronaldo started his quarantine process, which means he won’t be able to return to his children and partner immediately. Georgina Rodriguez also posted a picture of Ronaldo on her stories where she simply captioned: “You are my inspiration.”

Did Ronaldo infect any players?

This is the million-dollar question at the moment. Cristiano Ronaldo had contact with several major stars over the past international break. He played against the Spanish National Team and met with Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos after the match.

The Portugal captain also had a touching moment with Kylian Mbappe right before the second half between Portugal and France started last Sunday. Eduardo Camavinga asked Ronaldo for his jersey after the game and vowed to never wash it after that, something he might have to think about.

And finally, the whole Portugal squad got tested and came out negative right after the news about Ronaldo broke. However, every single player will remain in close observation in case any of them test positive in the coming week. The whole world is concerned about Cristiano Ronaldo and we hope he can recover from this soon.
