Let’s take a look at one of the craziest records of the Portuguese superstar.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the best-known footballer when it comes to records. Goals are a big part of the Manchester United legend’s record book, registered across four European leagues.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has delivered incredible goalscoring consistency in all of the clubs he has played for. However, he has never reached the same heights he achieved at Real Madrid.

Let’s review two crazy games that saw CR7 hit one of his most special records.

Most goals scored by CR7 in a single game

Ronaldo has scored five goals on two occasions, being the only player in history to do so.

A 9-1 win over Granada in April 2015 saw CR7 scoring five goals in one game for the first time in his career. The Portuguese superstar scored a hat-trick in the span of only eight minutes during the first half before completing a brace in the second period.

Ronaldo secured the 2014-15 La Liga Golden Boot with a staggering total of 48 goals.

He stunned football fans once again when he registered another ‘glut’ in the following season. This time he scored five goals in Real Madrid’s 6-0 win over Espanyol.

The Real Madrid hero scored a hat-trick in the first 20 minutes before registering two more goals in the second half.
