The Egyptian King made more Premier League history during Liverpool’s demolition of Leeds on Monday.
Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has broken the record for the most left-footed goals in Premier League history.
Salah hit the landmark in Liverpool’s 6-1 win over Leeds United on Monday evening. He did so by scoring the club’s second goal with a near-post finish.
It was Salah’s 106th left-footed strike, surpassing ex-Liverpool and Leeds striker Robbie Fowler’s previous record of 105 goals.
The 30-year-old Egypt international, along with Reds teammate Diogo Jota, finished the game with a brace. Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez were also on target. The other goalscorer was Luis Sinisterra, who scored early in the second half for Leeds.
