An easy win at Craven Cottage ensures Arsenal’s stay at the top of the league table.

Arsenal defeated Fulham 3-0 in their Premier League game on Sunday. A fantastic display from the Gunners in the first half secured the three points for Mikel Arteta’s men.

Trossard steals the show!

Arsenal dominated the game from the very start, putting constant pressure on Fulham’s backline.

The referee ruled out Arsenal’s goal in the 16th minute, but it took the Gunners only four minutes to score another one.

Leandro Trossard’s precise corner met Gabriel Magalhaes, who made it 1-0 for Arsenal with a powerful header. The Gunners then used their momentum to quickly double the lead.

Trossard provided another assist in the 26th minute, setting up Gabriel Martinelli for Arsenal’s next goal. The Brazil international headed home from close range, registering his 12th league goal of the season.

Fulham tried to find a quick comeback into the game, but their attacks only opened up new space for Arsenal’s attacking line. The Gunners sealed their win when Martin Odegaard made it 3-0 just before the break.

Trossard completed his assist hat-trick when Odegaard received his cross inside the box and smashed it into the far corner of the net.

Arteta brought in the likes of Reiss Nelson and Kieran Tierney in the second half as his side successfully defended their clean sheet. Gabriel Jesus also made his return after a long-term injury, playing in the final 15 minutes.

The victory maintains Arsenal’s five-point lead at the top of the league table. The Gunners will face Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League this Thursday before taking on Crystal Palace three days later.
